A few neighborly reminders:
The speed limit in Indian Paintbrush is 20 MPH.
There have been numerous reports of aggressive driving and excessive speeding. We have a low speed limit because children and adults recreate on our roads. It’s a beautiful place to take a walk, run or ride or enjoy wildlife. Please be courteous.
It is illegal to discharge firearms within Indian Paintbrush. This activity is not only obnoxiously loud, it’s frightening. If you are target shooting on Forest Service property, please keep in mind that many of us recreate ALL year round in the forest. You may inadvertently shoot someone!
Short-term rentals are not allowed per Indian Paintbrush CCRs AND Teton County LDRs. Teton County can fine a property owner for each and every day of violation.
If you’re planning home and outdoor improvements, or new construction, please remember that the Architectural Committee and the Water District must approve ANY and ALL construction; including but not limited to: any habitable space, fences, decks, outbuildings, gazebos, sheds, etc. Plans must be submitted to both IPAC and IPWD and may be done so electronically.

Garbage and Recycling: Take the time to educate yourself, your housekeepers, or your long-term tenants as to what is recyclable and what is allowable in the trash bins. No large items such as hot tub covers, or construction waste are allowed. No Hazardous waste of any kind. YOU must take these items directly to the Trash Transfer Station where they are separated and disposed of properly. Parking: Even in summer your guests or workers should not be parking on the road, or in the right-of way. If you cannot provide adequate parking, ask your people to carpool.
